GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Online bookings made over the weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 5pm onwards require a deposit to secure a table.
Beverage package options are available upon request for group bookings. We are BYO only and a $4 corkage fee per person will be charged for every 18+ adult in the group regardless of their drinking preference.
If you wish to supply your own cake, a $2 per person cakeage charge will apply for total amount of guests in the group.
A surcharge of 10% is applicable on public holidays for bill total.
STANDARD GROUP BOOKINGS T&C’S UP TO 15 GUESTS

Deposits:
Once an online booking enquiry is made, one of our staff members will contact you within 24hrs to take a deposit of $15pp (deducted from the final bill) to confirm your booking. We try our best to confirm bookings as soon as possible.
Your deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day. Please be aware we do not split bills. Deposit will not be refunded if the restaurant receives less than 24hrs notice of cancellation.
Final Numbers:
Your final numbers are required 24hrs in advance; if we are notified of a decrease in numbers upto 24hrs prior to your scheduled arrival time you will lose your deposit (this excludes special event days where full charges will still apply).
If notification has not been received of any changes to your confirmed guest numbers 24 hours prior then full payment will be required for any missing guests.
Cancellation:
Should the restaurant receive cancellation of the groups booking less than 24 hours notice of arrival, there will be no refund of deposit.
Seating Requests:
All seating requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed. Please be aware for groups that are over 10 people, you may be seated across two tables side by side.
Please advise us of any highchair/wheelchair requirements & prams you will be bringing.
Larger Groups: (15 guests or more)
A banquet menu is required for groups of 15 guests and over.

Once an online booking enquiry is made, one of our staff members will contact you within 24hrs to take a deposit of $15pp (deducted from the final bill) to confirm your booking. We try our best to confirm bookings as soon as possible. Your booking will be confirmed after the deposit has been taken.
Please notify staff of any dietary requirements or restrictions PRIOR to the function date.
You cannot make multiple bookings to bypass the 15ppl and over rule.
Duration of Reservation
Lunchtime seating is 12pm-5.30pm, dinner seating is 6pm-11pm. Functions will not exceed 6pm.
Deposits:
Your deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day. $15pp needs to be paid on the day of booking confirmation. Please be aware we do not split bills. Deposit will not be refunded if the restaurant receives less than 7days notice of cancellation.

Your final numbers are required 72hrs in advance; if we are notified of a decrease in numbers up until 24hrs prior to your scheduled arrival time a $15 per head charge to the variance in numbers will apply.
If notification has not been received of any changes to your confirmed guest numbers prior to your scheduled arrival time then full payment will be required for any missing guests.
Cancellation:
Should the restaurant receive cancellation of the groups booking less than 7 days notice of arrival, there will be no refund of deposit.
Seating Requests:
All seating requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed. Please be aware for groups that are over 10 people, you may be seated across more than two tables.

BANQUETS T&C’S
The banquet will be charged per person according to the number of guests sharing the banquet.
If you choose to order from the banquet option, everyone at the table must order from the same banquet.
All of our banquets are designed to share.
All our banquet options come with free refill on dips, salad, chips, sambousek and cheese roll.
Kids aged 3-10yrs will be charged at half price. Kids aged 3yrs and under are free.
